is this a place for a support request/question? PT2, app been on my watch for about 24 hours. No data showing. Am I just impatient?

Hi - it should start showing stats after three proper samples, which is 18h. If you can’t watch it at the 00, 06, 12, 18 hours, turn on Vibrate on Sample to make sure it’s waking up and taking notes.

Why do the global median battery and average rate numbers not multiply to 100%? Using PT2 as an example, 8% x 14 days = 112%.
My personal statistics multiply correctly. Is it just the difference between median and mean (average)?

Yes, it shows the median value from each data set. I felt that this more accurately reflected the most common value assuming a normal curve. In most cases it’s very close to the mean value, but it more tolerant of any weird outliers that sometimes occur if somebody’s data is weird.
