Enhance watchface with rain overlay feature and update configuration options

  - Added rain overlay functionality to display hours with >50% precipitation probability on the watchface.
  - Updated `README.md` to include details about the new rain feature and configuration options.
  - Modified `src/c/24h.c` to support rain data and added new AppMessage keys for rain settings.
  - Enhanced `take-screenshots.sh` to automate rain mode screenshot generation.
  - Updated `package.json` to include new message keys for rain settings.
