Lotus Breath encourages you to find moments of calm throughout your day by gently reminding you to breathe.
Select 15, 30, or 60 minute breath break reminders with optional haptic vibration. When Lotus Breath tells you it’s “Time for a Breath Break”: flick your wrist or tap hard on the watch to start the breath break. The lotus flower opens as you complete breath breaks. To fully open the flower, take 24, 12, or 6 breaks during the day for 15, 30, and 1 hour frequencies respectively. The counter restarts each midnight.
Choose from three breath patterns: 4-7-8 (Relaxing), 5·5 (Balancing), and 4-4-4-4 Box Breath (Centering)
Select from five color palettes: Bloom, Forest, Sand, Frost, and Ember
