I installed both the watch app and the phone app but can’t get it to work with a Google Maps navigation route. The phone app was granted the necessary permissions.

Hi, do you see in the phone companion app any logs under ‘Debug history?’ I’m currently debuggin some rare cases where the notifications are not detected. Please also try with the latest 0.0.13 version of the watchapp and companion app.

Please share your debug logs if you experience missing notifications with any of these apps or other navigation apps.
Also the mobile app has also been updated to encourage including street names in debug logs, as troubleshooting is very difficult without them. The option to share fully anonymized logs is still available, and these logs are also valuable for improving the app.
