Release notes

What’s new

  • Review before saving. After picking a tag, you now see a Confirm screen with the recognized text and the chosen tag — press SELECT to save, UP to re-dictate, or DOWN to discard and close without saving anything. No more finding out later that the dictation got it wrong.
  • Browse your saved notes, right on the watch. Open the app normally (not via Quick Launch) and choose “View notes” to drill down by tag, then date, then a preview of each note — tap one to read it in full. Quick Launch is untouched: it still jumps straight into dictation.
  • Redesigned Confirm and Detail screens: a dark header with the date/time, a dark footer with the tag in bold, and — on the Confirm screen — a column of icons (mic / check / x) lined up with the watch’s physical buttons, so it’s obvious at a glance what each button does.
  • A short vibration now fires as soon as your note is transcribed, not at the confirm screen — a clearer “your turn” cue.

Fixes

  • Retrying dictation after “no speech detected” could get stuck loading on some watches — fixed.
  • A rare offline-queue duplicate could silently fail to clear itself — fixed.

Upgrading

No changes to setup — your existing GitHub token, repo, and tags carry over automatically. Nothing to reconfigure.
