- fix app jumping to first notification on list change
- fix periodic vibration triggering when turned off

After improvements in version 1.2, I can now switch over from the on-watch Notifications app, just remember to go into the Settings then Notifications and in Filter, select Allow Phone calls Only. I also changed Quick Launch to choose Notification Center.
NC does not handle phone calls, so you might want to set the filter to let the phone calls through.

Having trouble sending the notifications to my PT. In Notification Access, I hit Grant but my PT is not listed.

You do not need to select your watch here, just select anything on that list.
