Interval Timer is a powerful and highly customizable workout timer with a permanently free Basic mode and an optional Premium upgrade.
The free Basic version gives you a complete, ready-to-use HIIT workout with 30 seconds work, 15 seconds rest and 10 rounds. It includes the ready countdown, progress display, colour-coded phases, essential vibration alerts and full workout controls.
Upgrade to Interval Timer Premium to create your own workouts, choose additional presets, add warm-up and cool-down periods, configure alerts and display heart rate on supported Pebble watches.

Colour-Coded Stages
Each phase is displayed in a distinctive colour so you always know what comes next:
• White – Get Ready
• Yellow – Warmup
• Green – Work
• Blue – Rest
• Orange – Cooldown
• Grey – Paused
• Red – Finished
Black-and-white Pebble models display the same information in a clean monochrome layout.
Progress Ring
A circular progress indicator surrounds the display and gradually empties as each interval counts down, providing an instant visual representation of the remaining time.
Strong Vibration Alerts
Essential workout alerts are included in Basic.
Premium adds configurable alert options, allowing countdown and phase alerts to be individually enabled or disabled.
Simple Button Controls
• Select – Start, pause and resume

Premium users can use the configuration page in the Pebble mobile app to adjust:
