Hey everyone, just published a new app for Pebble Time 2: Trains France
Built this to track French trains directly from the wrist without having to pull out a phone on crowded platforms. It connects directly to the SNCF Open Data API via PKJS (no extra companion app needed).
What it does:
-
Live train tracking: Dial any train number (TGV, TER, RER, Transilien, Intercités) to see the full route with intermediate stops, current train position, and live delays (
+X min). -
Keypad station search: Type any city or station name directly on the watch to get live departure boards.
-
Trip planner: Calculate routes between any two stations with departure time selectors (now, +1h, tomorrow morning, etc.).
-
Traffic alerts & GPS station detection.
-
Full touchscreen + button navigation tailored for the 200x228 Emery display.
Feedback and testing are welcome!
